The Piggery's Pâté goes above and beyond... It is super rich and creamy blend of pasture raised pork liver and pork fat along with cracked black pepper and spices. It is a decadent addition to a cheese plate or atop a french baguette or cracker. 

The Piggery is a family of small, New York Farms, Raising heritage breed hogs on sustainably managed pastures. They create pork products that are good for the people, good for the land and good for the pigs, with a focus on minimizing their footprint.
