Indulge in this classic fudgy chocolate with notes of caramel and pecan, by Raaka Virgin Chocolate. They craft their chocolate by hand in Red Hook, Brooklyn with maple sugar from Bascom Family Farms in New Hampshire. Each bar is wrapped in 100% post-consumer recycled paper printed with soy inks that was processed with sustainable wind-generated energy. The cocoa farmers in which they purchase cocoa beans receive at minimum $500 above market price per metric ton of cacao beans. At today’s cocoa prices, this is equivalent to a 20% raise.
