Lime Leaf Sambal is a new twist on an old favorite. The captivating aroma of the Makrut Lime is carefully blended with green peppers and garlic for an all-natural sambal that will bring the flavors of Malaysia to your table. Stir this mild goodness into all your favorite dishes or use it alone as a condiment, marinade, dip or spread. Use it to enhance seafood, poultry, meat and vegetable dishes. Also try it as a base for your sauces and soups and take your taste buds on a journey to the East. Made in small batches, right here in NYC.
