This pâte de fruit is made from about 40% whole fruit or berries using non-GMO corn glucose and beet sugar. Willamette Valley Confectionary employs the time-honored European method for preparing their sparkling candies. That method uses only pectin to make the jell (no gelatin), making a confection that is tender to bite and much more fruit forward and is, coincidently, vegan. 

All of their beautiful Hood strawberries are grown right in their valley!

Trace amount of soy; Produced in a facility that also processes nuts
