A while back, Stuart & Co founder Michael came across this awesome, chocolatey, smoky and tobacco flavored Turkish pepper. He thought it would make a great BBQ sauce. He played around in the kitchen a bit, threw in a few of his favorite seasonings and his Bitchin’ BBQ Sauce was the result.
