You can’t just call any old parm Parmigiano Reggiano. It’s got to be from Italy, and it must pass a rigorous quality inspection. We get ours via Murray’s Cheese here in the USA. Bake homemade parmesan crisps and add to salad; or grate into a pasta dish for a creamier texture. Keep in the fridge for up to 6 days.

This cheese is make from unpasteurized milk and animal rennet.
