THE MENU: June

1.
Gaspacho, Marinated Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Sour Cream, Baby Basil, EVOO.
2.
Frisée, Roasted Tomato and Pork Belly Vinaigrette, Brioche, Slow Poached Egg Yolk, Chive Oil.
3.
Salmon, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Fiddleheads, White Beans, Pickled Ginger, Pea Shoots, Juniper, Orange, Wild Flowers.
4.
Summer Strawberries, Vanilla Cake, Basil Gelato, Whipped Cream, Purple Micro Basil, Matcha, Puffed Brown Rice.
*All of the ingredients will be provided by Farm To People and come from small farms, mostly from the Northeast.

THE CHEF

Nicholas A. Browne is a private chef, currently based in the Berkshires. Notably, Browne is an alumni of New York City's French Culinary Institute and a winner of "Chopped" (Million Dollar Basket episode.)

Egg is a breakfast and lunch restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It was founded in 2005 on a set of principles that still animates their work: that it’s not enough for restaurants to serve delicious food in a welcoming environment. They believe that restaurants must also be a force for social good.
