Hawthorne Valley Farm's fermented spicy cabbage relish is inspired by El Salvadoran curtido. Organic jalapeños and carrots give it that extra flavor and bite. Unlike krauts which are shredded, curtido is finely chopped. Delicious on tacos, hot dogs, salads or even simply spread on avocado toast.

At Hawthorne Valley biodynamic Farm, they have been handcrafting delicious lacto-fermented vegetables since 1999. It preserves nutrients and vitamins in the vegetables and creates a beneficial enzymes and probiotics.

Comes in a 15 oz jar.
