For over 165 years and six generations, the Harlan family has established a relationship of stewardship with the land. That legacy continues today, as three generations operate Scout Olive Oil through sustainable and responsible cultivation and milling. Co-founders Floyd Harlan and Katrina Van Conant, Floyd’s granddaughter, lead the company alongside orchard operations manager Shawn Stevenson, son of Floyd and father of Katrina. Scout resumes the pioneering spirit of the family as they continue to ‘scout’ the highest quality olive oil to bring to your table.
Today it is headed up by Floyd Harlan, and run with his children, Greg Harlan, Lavonne Harlan, Karen Walker, Shawn Stevenson, and grandchildren, Kyle Walker and Katrina Van Conant.
