We are a Vermont company that produces artisanal raw cow's milk cheeses with milk received from a single local herd that we continually monitor for quality. All of our milk comes from a farm that engages in the best dairy practices and humane treatment of their livestock. Only the finest and freshest milk goes into our cheeses. The Plymouth Cheese Factory is located on the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site in Plymouth Notch,Vermont, which is in the central part of the state. We are 20 minutes from the charming village of Woodstock and 15 minutes from both the Killington and Okemo ski resorts. The cheese factory is open 7 days a week, 10 - 5 pm in the summer and 11 - 4 in the winter. Come visit us soon!
