The Connection of Old Friends
Old Friends Farm is located in Amherst, Massachusetts. We are co-owners and long-time friends - Missy Bahret and Casey Steinberg - and grow 26 acres of Certified Organic crops with the help of our fantastic crew. We are proud to be farmers. We love what we do and we love helping to facilitate the connection of agriculture and community. We encourage you to ask questions about the origins of your food, how it is grown, and what it takes to get from its source to your table.
Over the past 12 years, we have pioneered the cultivation of ginger and turmeric in the Northeast. We are excited to be taking this to the next level by crafting small-batch local ginger syrup! This is a truly unique product - full of sweet, spicy deliciousness.
