AMERICAN HISTORY: In order to meet the demands for the estimated 46 million turkeys consumed every Thanksgiving, large factory farms use hormones and antibiotics to quickly grow their turkeys in overcrowded, inhumane spaces.

QUINCIPLE SOLUTION: In effort to challenge conventional standards, we’re working with Oink and Gobble Farm in Interlaken, New York (just north of Ithaca), to encourage purchasing from transparent farmers for the holiday. Oink and Gobble raises its turkeys in a large movable pen, rotated daily over fresh pasture to allow natural foraging along with a non-GMO diet of corn and roasted soybeans. We believe supporting local through this holiday is not only the responsible choice, but a delicious one.
