Rebecca founded Bronx-based Sustainable Snacks with the goal of crafting nourishing snacks that do not compromise on flavor. Before transitioning full-time in to this role, Rebecca facilitated a Medical Nutrition Therapy program where she worked with chronically ill clients on improving their health outcomes through better nutrition. Rebecca believes it is possible to have both nutrition and exquisite taste; and this is the message she intends to spread through her healthy snacks!
Rebecca's first product line, Mountain Morsels, are gluten-free, vegan-friendly dark chocolate, fruit and nuts snacks named after parts of the Appalachian Trail. Mountain Morsels are nutrient-dense and filled with plant power to provide a nutritious, on-the-go snack.
