While attending law school and on a budget, as an attempt to relieve stress, founder Lincoln started cooking. Growing up in an Asian household, sriracha was a staple condiment, so he began with the familiar cuisine he’d grown up eating then slowly branched out to accommodate the Mexican flavors found in the surrounding Los Angeles area. What started as a hobby became a passion. He began to identify unique flavors and ingredients and started exploring various techniques of cooking, and what he came up with is now known as LA Sriracha Racha, a sauce utilizing the cooking techniques of Asian Sriracha while using the bold flavors of LA and its rich Mexican culture.
