In 2013, with years of restaurant experience and motivation from friends and family, Nathan Meshberg created Ft. Greene Farms.
In his time off, Nathan was always experimenting with condiments and accoutrement to help elevate home cooked meals. As he likes to put it, "it's the little details that make a really great meal." Now the little details are available in a small batch hand crafted jar.
Nathan uses as much local produce as possible. He believes in cultivating relationships with the farms and he speaks directly with the growers to know where our produce is coming from and how it is being grown.
