Crosswinds Farm & Creamery
Located in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region, Crosswinds Farm & Creamery is home to 125 Brown Swiss dairy cows and heifers (with a few black & white Holsteins added for good measure), a flock of egg-laying chickens, crossbred pigs, and the labor of love for farm manager Charlie Morrow and cheesemaker Sarah VanOrden. Sarah is a 12th generation farmer originally from eastern New York. She uses the time-tested family skills and knowledge she learned growing up on her family's 300-year-old farm, blended with modern technology and science to keep Crosswinds growing.
