This company started from making jams and marmalades in my tiny Brooklyn kitchen from the care packages of citrus and herbs my family would send me from back home in Louisiana. A nod to my heritage, BRINS takes its name from the Cajun French word for "little bit". A back-to-basics product handcrafted from fresh fruit and spices, BRINS is reflective of my roots in family, hard work, love, and simple joys. I’ve learned that you can bring family and food with you wherever you go, and BRINS is the “little bit” I’ve brought to Brooklyn, and am now sharing with you.
You may remember us as STAGG, that's my grandfather. Well, recently we went through a little trademark battle and we've changed things up a bit. It's just a little bump in the road, but now we have a great new name!
