Coat a skillet with a bit of oil and put over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 3-5 minutes per side until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Set the steak on a cutting board to rest. Add cherry tomatoes and peppers to the same pan with a bit more oil and set the heat to medium-high. Cook until tomatoes and peppers begin to blister, turning every once in awhile. Season with flaky salt and minced chives. Slice steak into strips and serve with tomatoes and peppers.
