1 loaf Bread, cut into 1/2'' pieces (we used Whole Grain Loaf but Baguette would make for a good treat!)
4 ounces Raclette Cheese
1 Apple, cored and sliced
4 Tbsp. Sauerkraut
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Place the bread on a sheet tray and top each slice with about 1 ounce Raclette. Bake until browned, about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with sliced apple and sauerkraut.
