Semolina Artisanal Pasta makes high quality, traditional, small batch, organic dried pastas in Los Angeles, California. Their organic Rigatoni uses the best American-grown Durum wheat Semolina and water. That’s it. Employing the same methods as Italy’s best artisans, they extrude their pastas through bronze dies to give them a rough texture to hold sauces, then drying them slowly and at low temperatures. This preserves the natural flavor of the wheat, the nutrition and gives our pastas a perfectly chewy al dente texture when cooked.

Hearty rigatoni is the perfect cut for baked pasta dishes and meaty ragus. We also love it in pasta salads or tossed with fresh veggies and salty cheeses.
