Who knew that photography could lead to a cook’s dream come true? Josh Henderson might say that he did, but that’s only because he’s living proof. Seattle-based Skillet Street Food has made a name for itself after what started as a simple catering gig for a guy who loved to cook but hated being in a restaurant. The mobility and freedom of cooking on the road was a real eye-opening experience for Josh, and it led to a beautiful marriage of full-flavored foods and a traveler’s dream. So the Skillet Street Food Airstream truck was born, and we couldn’t be happier to feature their unique yet familiar flavors of Bacon Jam and Pumpkin—yes, pumpkin—Ketchup.
