It all happens in a 1850s farmhouse in New York State’s Columbia County, only a mile away from the Hudson River. Beth Linksey and her team of jam ladies create mouth-watering marmalades, preserves and jellies from locally or regional sourced fruit. It started with strawberry jam in 1981, and today Beth continues with over 90 different flavors including Strawberry Rhubarb, Cherrycot and Pepper Jelly!
